How We Work
The process of implementing RPA at the enterprise takes from 6 days. We use ready-made boxed solutions that are deeply adapted taking into account the tasks and specifics of document flow. When ordering office robotics from us, you do not pay for a license. Only platform integration is paid for. The advantage of this approach, in addition to the obvious savings of 4-5 times compared to other offers on the market, is excellent scalability. For example, if 50-100 applications or letters are processed today, and 1000 are planned in half a year, you will not have to buy an additional license (without taking into account the necessary increase in resources on your server or in the cloud). Similarly, and new processes for robotic automation will not require license extension.
Safety is Our Priority
The RPA platform that we use is designed with the main priority in mind — security. It complies with the SOC 2 Type II standard and other industry-recognized standards. Your automated processes and hosting are protected by AWS Guard Duty. All credentials are used at the bot level and are not uploaded to the cloud. We consider security to be a strategically important area for the company. In November 2021, our vendor ElectroNeek received the SOC 2 Type II certificate. New security features available with the ElectroNeek Winter ‘21 update include a Single Sign On (SSO) system on the user’s website. This update also allows you to automatically create and record security logs. Our information security policy and business processes are based on international security standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Also, in 2022, ElectroNeek plans to meet the GDPR and HIPPA compliance requirements and obtain the appropriate certificates.
